the location was acceptable.
the noise at night was bad. i could hear people yelling outside, and it made it hard to sleep. also, the mini bar prices were not very fair.

The room was clean upon arrival. check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. i liked the breakfast provided each morning. It included coffee, bread, cheese, marmalade and yoghurt.
there was no reception area. this made it a bit difficult. i had to phone for someone to come over. i experienced some problems with the access cards so i had to call again. there were no closets, just open hangers.

Duplex Delight!

I got a duplex, it had beauty and simplicity. It was very classy, modern, and clean. This duplex was perfect! The location was also perfect. It was only a five minute walk to the metro and next to main bars.
During checkin, I had trouble since there isn't a reception. Contacting the hotel to arrange the arrival time proved to be difficult. I think having a reception would simplify this process.

The hotel location is convenient, placed near the Cais de Sodré station and the city center. I found it easily accessible and it allows convenient exploration of many points of interest. It is great to walk around the area.
